We deliver across South Africa.

  • Gauteng: Standard delivery available at flat rates.

  • Outside Gauteng: Delivery available via third-party couriers. Shipping rates and lead times may vary.      ➡️ You can request a custom delivery quote after checkout or choose to collect from our premises.

2. Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery (Gauteng):

    • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
    • Delivery occurs within 3–5 business days.

  • National Delivery (Other Provinces):

    • Lead times vary depending on location and courier.
    • You’ll be contacted for a quote and ETA after placing your order.

  • Collection (All Areas):

    • Free collection available from our warehouse:

3. Shipping Rates

  • Gauteng Flat Rate: A flat shipping fee covers handling, packaging, and delivery.

  • Free Delivery in Gauteng: Orders above R2000 may qualify for free shipping (as advertised).

  • National Delivery Quote: For orders outside Gauteng, a quote will be sent after checkout based on location and courier rates.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number and courier link to monitor your order’s status.

5. Delivery Terms

  • Accurate Address: Customers must provide correct delivery details. JC Entrep is not liable for delays due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

  • Delivery Attempts: If the courier cannot deliver, you will be notified to arrange redelivery or collection.

  • Inspect on Arrival: Check your order upon delivery. Report any visible damage immediately to admin@jcentrep.co.za.
