Refund Eligibility

• Item must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days.

• Proof of purchase is required.

 

Refund Process

​

1. Contact admin@jcentrep.co.za to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

2. Securely pack the item with the RMA and send it to the provided address.

3. Once inspected, we’ll process refunds to the original payment method.
