We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided that the product is new and unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns must be initiated within 9 days of receiving the item. Sale items, used, or damaged products are non-returnable.

2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within 9 days of receipt. Exchanges are available for the same product or a similar product of equal value.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection. Refunds cover product costs only; shipping fees are non-refundable. Refund processing typically occurs within 2 business days after approval.

4. Shipping Costs & Methods for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

• At a drop-off location

• In-store returns

• By mail (customer covers the cost of the return shipping label)

No restocking fees apply.
